Sales Manager

K2 Petroleum is currently recruiting for a Sales Manager to join our team. The Sales Manager will be primarily responsible for growing our commercial cardlock and wholesale fuel business. This individual will also be a key member of our sales team, helping to develop strategies and tactics needed to achieve high revenue growth. The position will provide exceptional service to new and existing customers in order to grow our market share within Ontario.

Responsibilities

  • Focus on acquiring new commercial cardlock and wholesale fuel accounts

  • Ensure sales revenue and gross margin targets are achieved

  • Execute long-term and short-term sales strategy to accelerate business growth

  • Maintain key customer relationships while developing and implementing strategies for expanding the company's customer base

  • Develop and maintain extensive industry knowledge within defined sales verticals

  • Foster an environment of continuous improvement

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • High energy, self-motivated and must have a positive attitude

  • Minimum 5 years experience in the petroleum industry

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills

  • Proven growth leader and ability to plan, develop and implement new business strategies

  • Must be able to work collaboratively with colleagues and staff to create a results-driven

  • Bilingualism would be an asset

  • Valid Class G driver’s license with a clean abstract

Job Type: Full-time
Salary + Commission: $50,000 - $85,000 per year
