What type of reporting will I receive?

K2 Petroleum offers a variety of fleet management reports showing all account activity, including summary reports, employee exception reports, and vehicle reports. Some programs include HST and Canada Revenue Agency standard reports to assist you with tax filing.

What type of products can I purchase with my card?

The K2 fuel card is the only card you and your drivers need for fuel and maintenance purchases.

Will the cards be linked to a driver or a vehicle?

K2 utilize vehicle cards with system generated Driver IDs, consolidating the expenses by vehicle while tracking activity by driver.

What are the billing terms?

K2 offers flexible billings terms right for any business. We individually review each customer’s needs to determine the appropriate spend limits and terms.

Can I see daily/weekly driver transactions?

K2 offers an array of reporting packages, including an online, real-time reporting tool where you can view transactions at anytime. You can receive alerts for purchase exceptions with the K2 fuel card programs.
